This delightful series is very worthy of a translator’s effort. It’s comedy of the absurd meets Columbo. The quirky, disheveled Odigiri Joe’s Kiriyama is a worthy successor to Peter Faulk’s Columbo. Only the protagonist’s adoring sidekick acknowledges the absurdities that casually pop around them. Aside from her inexplicable crush on the oblivious Kriryama, she seems to be the only “normal” person he comes in contact with.
It’s hard to find seeded episodes of season 2 of Jikou Kiesatsu. We’ve been trying to get episode 2 for 5 days (On Vuze), with only 50% downloaded so far.
